Here I am again... With no parcel that has been taken hostage by Yodel. Again. Third time within one year actually. How it is even possible they still operate on market??? Out of three deliveries none was delivered on time, lies about delivery attempts, no cards left, ignorant call center, empty declarations and promises, the lot. Please somebody make them stop...
