“Would recommend, would use again.”

Before I get to my review, I would like to comment on the bad reviews I read. One is a problem with the car, that's the dealers responsibility to deal with, not FRF. Another is somebody complaining about the paperwork being wrong, FRF noticed this and contacted you, mistakes happen we are all human. Another was somebody who hasn't understood how finance works, and it blaming FRF and the other I will comment on is somebody getting refused credit and claiming its FRFs fault. This is all absolute rubbish! Typical British blame and entitlement culture.

Now for my review. The people I have spoken to at FRF were all (100%) helpful & polite. With my previous agreement I even got in arrears and FRF allowed me to put together a plan that was comfortable for me to pay back. I was never spoken to rudely, or threatened, just offered advise on what could be done to rectify the problem. When I wanted to get a new car it was the most painless and simple process I have ever experienced, the only problem was caused by me um'ing and ar'ing about what car I wanted.

Everything was always explained to be fully, clearly and properly, Service good, interest rates fair (taking credit history into consideration). Would use again, would recommend, be realistic don't expect super low rates, they are a sub-prime (offering much better service than the big banks) First Response Finance are a good example of how customer service in the finance industry should be conducted.
