I am a landlady and have previousley rented a property under my own steam, this has proved really stressful and time consuming.
In the beginning of July i reluctantly sought the help of my local estate agents, making enquiries into the process and costing of letting through an agent. I was moving home and needed to rent out my property in good timing with move. At this point I decided to go with 'Peddar', because lower interest and they were also dealing with the buying of my property.
After speaking with the advisor for two and a half hours he convinced me to let the property through ludlow thompson. It was because he follows through simple 'customer care' giving me the attention i needed, noting i was indecisive. He was hot on the case and through his persistance, a good command of english and negotiating skills, which were excellent, he gave me a contract that i felt comfortable with and as promised within a week (first viewing) successfully rented out the property. Must also note that his customer care is constant i.e. not withdrawn because he got a sale. Oh, and charm and wit go a long way!
