Flora queen made sure my sister got her flowers.. Nobody was home at first but flora queen made arrangements for delivery and a week later the bunch of flowers was fresh and beautiful! My sister is thrilled with them and I really did make her day! The customer care team were fantastic... I'd recommend them to anyone and I'd use them again!! Thankyou flora queen team
