“Ordered but no goods!”

I ordered on 4th July 2014, still waiting for goods 23rd July. I have sent 5 messages through their own contact system but no replies. I have called them twice but got fobbed off on both occasions. I am considering small claims court as they have taken my money and no refund. What a shameful way of doing business. I could not recommend this company to anyone. This review asks for at least one star. If I could I would give minus 5 stars
