“Couldn't be more helpful. Great Service”

I booked a last minute holiday (booked Wednesday departing Friday). The call handler was very thorough and got me the exact accomondation and flights I wanted. Only 4 seats left on the last remaining available flight so there was great urgency to get my passport details over so he could book the plane. I text across pictures of our passports and he made the booking. He couldn't be more pleasant and friendly. He was so helpful. Great service. Would definitely book with Holiday Gems again. The only negative thing for me was the cost of the call at 10p per min but if that's a small price to pay to get the holiday I wanted with the service I received.
