“Fantastic customer service - prompt response and efficient”

The staff i dealt with were very patient and helpful. Calls and emails were replied to very promptly. I will certainly be using worldwide flights again and will advise family, friends and my work colleagues to do the same. It was a pleasure to talk with the customer service personnel....well done to all the staff that i spoke to and emailed....thankyou! I couldn.t fault anything or anyone, when i had a query, it was dealt with immediately...its so nice not to have to wait for a return call or email. I did ring other conpanies and worldwide were very competitive on price...i should have called you first!
