We booked a car with car seat. The car was fine but the seat was damaged and old and hadn't been fixed to the car. The staff was "not allowed" to help and we didn't get an instruction manual either. The stickers on the seat which sometimes give you enough clues were completely peeled off.
The seat was a safety hazard for our child.
The customer service responded to my complaint that the staff really isn't allowed to help and closed the case without an apology or refund.
I will never book Europcar again. Other car Rentals fix (brandnew) seats before you arrive.
