“1 star rating isnt low enough”

those are kind ways of talking about this company we cancelled at end of insurance they sent no new paper work out, but happily continued to charge us. when we fund out we informed them they tried to charge us so we put block on the account they sent bailiffs round.... I am pretty sure they owe me money not vice versa. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are a cancer o the world and we should hope they go out of business currently i am fighting to get our money back. Take my advice and dont touch them even if they offer it for free!
