“Terrible Experience, Worst Customer Service I've ever had”

The price that was quoted wasn't even close to what the company tried to make me pay. They also made me put down a massive deposit. This wasn't mentioned anywhere when I booked the rental. They also tried to force me into an upgrade saying that they didn't have any vehicles of the class I reserved, and then they wanted me to pay the additional cost. I refused and miraculously they find one of the vehicles in their lot of 50 vehicles. When I returned the car two days later (4 hours before I was scheduled to return the vehicle) they said I was late and was going to have to pay for an extra half day rental. They also said there was damage to one of the wheels. I had smartly taken detailed pictures and videos of the entire car before I left the rental lot. Lastly, the deposit that they made me pay has not been refunded making the total cost for the rental over 4 times what I was originally quoted.

I tried to contact Nova Car Hire since I booked through them, but was unable to get through to someone that would actually help or at least even cared that the experience was absolutely horrendous.

GreenMotion and Nova Car Hire are both terrible companies that try to mislead you and take as much money from you as possible.
