“Easy to book and good value”

Booking on line was easy. Our car was booked with SIXT the car itself was excellent and exactly what we wanted. But on arrival at the desk at the airport had to wait 45 minutes at the desk and they had only served 3 people during this time. I also had selected additional driver when booking. As I hadn't had to leave any details at that time I thought I could cancel this on arrival. Unfortunately they still made me pay for this, even though I no longer required it.
