“Why can't all deliveries be like this?”

I spent a lot of money on a very fragile, carbon fibre bike. I researched the model carefully and found the best size at the best price. Unfortunately, there was only one remaining in my size, so I was very nervous about the delivery process, as there was no back up available if it was damaged.

I needn't have worried however, as the whole process was perfect. There were notification emails, and the smart and friendly driver turned up exactly as scheduled. The packaging was pristine, so it must have been treated carefully, (and the bike was everything I hoped for!)
