“They don't pay claims!”

Policy Expert was excellent at their customer service in order to get the business and they were fine for 15 months. Then we had the rain and floods of last winter, one drain in our drive blocked because of roots penetrating so I made a claim. I then had to go to their claims handlers which is a separate company. They are the most incompetent and evasive company I have ever dealt with! No one in their office knows what anyone else is doing, they invent every reason to avoid paying and the contractor they sent to give them reports (eventually) made two reports contradicting each other!

It's very nice to have good and sweet customer service and low prices, but the purpose of insurance is security. They are CHEAP and you know what they say - you get what you pay for!! Great when they are collecting money, APALLING when you make a claim.

AVOID COMPANIES LIKE THIS!
