Purchased an American fridge freezer and paid for it on 10 June. Delivery scheduled for 14 July. Had a text to say it was on the way, perfect so far, but then had a call to say the item was damaged and said they would be in touch with a new delivery date. We heard nothing, so chased them and was told they would not be stocking the item again, so would refund our money, no apology . I have now had to purchase another one which has cost me a further £100. This is just. Not acceptable when you have a contract with a customer to supply the item they paid for. Also I have had the Chaz them all the way at my expense 5p a minute to hang on for 45 minutes to try to get an answer.
This company has serious problems, AVOID AT ALL COST,,!,
