changed my car two months after renewal date and despite quotes from the AA itself - the policy should have increased by £43 to continue cover for the full year. Instead, they quoted me £101. It was only after I discovered that I would only get a refund of £78 I agreed to continue- but what they didn't tell me was that this would be for the remaining 10 months and not at this date!!! I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE PEOPLE TO AVOID THE AA AS OTHER INSURERS DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA WHEN YOU CHANGE YOUR VEHICLE. I was not given full details of the fact that I was paying £101 for 10 months insurance and was misled.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!
