I had changes to an outbound series of flights from Britain to Australia and suspected changes had been made for my return flights. I contacted the airline I was flying with using contact emails they provided on their website and heard nothing from any of them, which was very disappointing. I then emailed travel up, as I had bought the fare through them. I got a reply very quickly that gave details of new flights and explained why my flights had changed and also apologised on behalf of the airline for the change. I was very pleased with the service that was provided and the thoroughness of the information supplied so well as the polite manner that was used. I would more than likely use travel up again in the future.
