“Terrible Customer Service”

Will never use this site again. They have cost me weeks of summer riding while I wait for my goods. Rather than their customer service be about quality assurance and customer opinion, the only help they have offered is a regurgitation of their standard delivery times being 4-8 days. 12 days later I still have nothing, and no additional information from customer service. Their extended help consists of telling me to wait another 7 days and "IF" at that time the products have not arrived then I can submit for a lost in mail shipment, and they will reship the products.

So in reality, once they have your money and shipped the product they put all responsibility on postal service and the customer and offer no help. Further, they then expect me to wait another 3 weeks for the shipment to be re-shipped. So what was originally supposed to be 4-8 days, becomes 6 weeks for delivery. And of course that is providing the 2nd shipment doesn't get lost like the first one did.

At this point their customer service isn't even responding to my email responses.

I have never been more disappointed in my customer service experience.

They have lost a customer for life, and gained a negative brand ambassador.
