“Customer Service REALLY BAD ”

Customer Service very poor, website very poor. Links don't work.
My tablet I purchased through a website deal has stopped working within 5 months of purchasing. I have been asking the customer service to help and the last question i was asked was Can you confirm your postal address, I sent this two days ago, obviously they are busy with all the complaints that are coming through to them.

The tablet was for my sons 6th Birthday, he is devastated it is not working, but they don't care they have their money.
