“only interested in new customers”

when i first used them they helpd a lot after about two years into a five year debt plan they start to change your supervisor around thats when the trouble starts they send you forms say you have to fill them in you do and then they reply saying you have breached your iva because you never sent the form to them even when you know you did they start phoning you all times of the day to ask you to send forms you have already sent they ignore emails from you its actully worse then your lenders the way they act as i said before they started of ok but its when they realise they can get more money out of you the trouble starts ie ppi of your lenders if u miss filling in one form for this also they get nasty i would of gone with another company or bankrupt if i would of known
