Looking for Oak TV cabinet - checked OakFurnitureland web site - Found just what we were looking for but would have liked to see in the the " flesh" Great to learn branch so close to us in Hove.
Warm welcome - not "pushy" or intrusive Found just what we were looking for & great quality, so well built. Deal done & paid for all in 30 mins. We decided to pay extra for prompt delivery within 14 days.
What really impressed me that before we arrived hpme , I had a mail thanking me for our order also advising delivery date ! Very proffesional.
This was the case from start to finish a very very proffesional comany, advised & kept in loop all through the sales process.
Delivery guys called ahead 30mins before arriving absolutely spot on time. Unloaded into our lounge to our complete satisfaction.
A simply first class service & company, we are pleased we finally found a furniture supplier who delivers what they preach.
Well done - we will be back !!!!
