“Sent, dodgy repair, bad communication”

Contacted via email as bike i paid 1700 for had a fault on the rear seat stay where it connects to the chain stay, the frame had worm loose around a hex bolt and created side to side movement of the rear wheel, they asked for pictures which i sent and they asked to be sent in for repair on 3rd attepmt of collecting they go it, they said they would strip of all components and send to manufacturer, 3 weeks went past and still no contact then they told me it would be reapired, it then arrived back with all components missing and a very dodgy repair that looked like the carbon had been drilled out a nut glued in and painted black! This wasnt food enough on a 1700 pound bike, they then claimed a replacement wouldnt be given as they said a longer bolt had been put in place of original and warranty was voided, but they had repaired it anyway, i have the frame, still no components and they now want it back for another look, i shouldnt have to put up with this customer service from a very big conpany, all summer without a bike and no miles ridden, saved for along time to afford it and look where its got me, trading standards have been contacted about this matter, frame is a prorace scylla 60cm sram rival compact
