Well, what can one say about one's experience at The Crop Shop? It was shocking. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's £10, was I expecting a fantastic, knock-your-socks-off hair cut? Of course not, but I was expecting to be treated with human decency instead of the appalling "move here, now move here, now move again" approach. I suppose being welcomed by a 17-year-old, bored looking, uninterested teenage boy should have given me my first warning sign but I thought little of it and carried on with the process. After a 30 minute wait, a bored hairdresser hollered me over and I explained that I wanted an inch off all round, no layers, no fringe, just a trim. Well, that apparently wasn't to his liking as after my hair had been half yanked out of my head from the brutal wash (AND NO CONDITIONER?!) he decided that two inches AND some choppy layers would work a treat on my hair and fair enough, maybe they would have, if I was going for the helena bonham-carter hairstyle from fight club but in this case, I was not. Poor customer service and lack of general understanding on hair products, if you want your hair singed off, to feel mocked, have an awful dirt stain from the ridiculously dirty seat and pay £10 for it then here's the place for you! This is coming from a 16-year-old girl, bare that in mind.
