“Rubbish!”

Ordered from H&M on 4th July. Received the order yesterday 21st July!!!! Really really poor comms. How can they charge £3.90 for an order that takes over two weeks to arrive?!?!? Been offered a measly £2.13 in compensation but what galls me more is that my year 6 (aged 10) daughter ordered the items for all of her leaving primary school discos/mufti days/parties/leavers assemblies etc and they events have all been and gone now!!! SHE paid for the items herself out of her hard saved pocket money and has spent the last week and a half crying every day when I've told her that her order still hasn't arrived!!!
If you ring you'lll sit and wait for ages only to be hung up on and if you email you get a generated email saying they'll get back to you within a few days!!
They admit to allowing customers to order and yet physically the items aren't even in stock and they can't tell you when they will be iether! Very Quick to take the money off of you though!
Check out their facebook page for loads of negative comments about delivery and customer care. Will never use again. My poor daughter has been distraught and it makes me sad that it was HER money that she's used to buy things that weren't even here in time for her to wear to school events/parties. Use at your peril unless you've got 2-4 weeks to wait for the clothes to come!!!
