I purchased a brand new car yesterday and as soon as I drove it from the showroom it broke down! After trying to resolve the issue myself I was left with no other option but to call the AA! They were extremely helpful on the phone however the problem could still not be diagnosed. I only had a short 10-15 minutes wait for the recovery man to arrive.

The member of staff was extremely friendly, helpful and I could have talked to him all day. He was empathetic and sympathetic towards my problem. He helped as best he could and I would honestly recommend him/the company to anyone.

I wish I could write his name, because he deserves so much credit for the work which he done yesterday. He is a credit to the company and 100% deserves a promotion or payrise! Thank you so much for helping me, I will honestly be eternally grateful for the companies help!!
