“SIGHT BATTLE OVER DEAFNESS!”

Three months since ordering glasses (£234.00 upfront). I am still awaiting a pair of glasses fit for purpose, and lenses have never been changed therefore I am still unable to read etc., with glasses provided.
After speaking with staff at Tesco Customer Service on three occasions who all agree I have a genuine problem.
However, once passed over to Tesco Opticians that when the deafness occurs. I am now also two full complaint letters on and several telephone calls and still they expect me to pay out more finance.
I am a very upset customer and would NEVER recommend anyone else goes through this poor treatment with Tesco Opticians.
