When I ask questions from inside the system, the usual response from Computershare is that they'll probably respond within one week. They usually fail to respond in even that length of time. And then when they finally do respond, their answers are usually incorrect. Something goes wrong more than half of the time I try to make a trade, transfer shares, or just log in. For example, Computershare told me that my user ID was incorrect when I tried to log in this afternoon. Unfortunately there's no way for me to escape this company because my employer picked them to administer our ESPP.
