“Stay away!!!!”

We had an incident with the rented car. We provided Europar all the informations About the driver that left the accident.
They assured us everything will be solved with the insurance company.
Surprise! ...the next day we arrived home 667€ were charged from the credit card for the damages!
Stay away from Europcar!
