“Great service”

my goods were good value for money, unfortunately the sandals I ordered were too small, the customer services team were very helpful, apologised that they didn't have the size I wanted in stock but did find out that a shop near me did have my size. But as I was going away I didn't have time to go there so they didn't quibble about a refund - which was in my bank by the time I got back from holidays.
