“Cheats and Rogues”

I bought an expensive shoe cabinet costing £170. After 8 months the drawers kept on collapsing due to poor quality materials and fixings. I wanted to contact them but there's no telephone number or email address. You have to go through their stupid 'ticket' system online which is such a farce.
Eventually after submitting my complaint they said I've had the product more than 3 days so its now outside their terms and conditions and closed the case. I submitted another ticket pointing out that it should last a few years, not a few months. The reply was that it's been over 6 months and that the reason for breaking down was down to my misuse and that I could have replacement parts but I would have to pay for it. I have never come across a company like this one. They are cheats and rogues. Once they have your money they're not interested. Don't touch them with a barge pole. You have been warned!
