“Poor customer service and poor quality”

I recently had my engagement ring resized (smaller) at he Milton Keynes store and the customer service we received when having my ring returned was dreadful! The manager could not care less as we had already paid and the quality of the actual resizing is poor.
I will not be purchasing any further items from this chain due to concerns on the companies training of staff and how they deal with customers!
