“Worst ever annd stay away from them!!!”

This is the worst delivery company i have ever come across in my entire life and anyone's I know. Their website has no useful information. My passport was supposed to arrive today if they actually meant "the next day delivery". I have a flight in a day with my family thats worth a few thousands due to its emergency and i have to cancel it now, because of this useless company! If i had any choice of choosing some other company at start, i would have never gone for them. I literally spend a long time calling them multiple times and almost beggged them for my passport. They told me there is one option and the last time i called they said they dont even have my passport! But, the company who send my passport last day told me they handed it to DX as well.
I gave 1 star, because there is no option to give zero stars! Their customer service is not useful either!
Now i am wondering if i will even get my passport by the time they now say i will!!!
So terrible and total waste of money!!!
