“TOTALLY RELAXING EXPERIENCE”

Very professional set up , excellent internet page , easy to book , confirming emails sent as you book flights and hotels what ever the standard wether it be 3star or 5star good links to hotel photos to satisfy customer, How ever only unfortunate booking was a holiday extra the airport lounges , which would have been nice relaxing to the holiday but my wife and I were informed at the entrance of the lounge they were closed and that Holiday extras were informed several times that the lounge closed at 7pm at that airport , my wife has sent email to customer service asking to be reinburst for the cost of lounge , would have been good , not sunshine holidays fault , I believe the blame falls on Holiday extras who should have updated there airport lounge entry and closing times
