If you can actually find one person with a decent level of English instead of the pigeon variety my ears were assailed with you will be doing well. I was completely mis-sold a holiday by this company they then subsequently sent my holiday to completely the wrong email address despite being given mine phonetically. So my personal information my address and that of my family were sent to a complete stranger. Data protection act here I come. Anyway when 3 days later I managed to get the actual details of the holiday I realised they had ripped me off and sold me a holiday I could of bought elsewhere for £400 cheaper. The upgrade I had mentioned in my conversation and the money I paid for a supposed upgrade to a family room had not materialised. When I tried to speak to them they denied everything and said they had investigated and I was at fault. They flat refused to take the fact that they mishandled my personal information. I have repeatedly asked to speak to someone from the UK and not had anything back. Buyer beware as soon as they have your money they don't care about you they are more slippery than eels. I am not surprised some of the reviews have been banned due to bad language I know how they feel. You should also note with regards to the reviews not one customer has replied and said that their issues was satisfactorily resolved all mouth and no action.
