“Bathroom suite 3 years later”

I bought a bathroom suite when we renovated our bathroom. The store assistants were polite and helpful throughout and delivery was on time so we had a great experience.
Exactly 13 months later, our soft close toilet seat packed up but I wasn't too worried. As long as it closed!
The Blade taps however are a different matter. They started dripping about 9months later which steadily got worse, to the point where they leak continuously. To stop this you have to line the taps up at a 60 degree angle so it looks all wrong. The shower pull bit at the top leaks continuously and now lime scale has covered the top of the mixer which can't be removed. The shower attachment also leaks causing lime scale.
The basin, bath, WC and shower I have no issues with but I definitely wouldn't recommend buying their taps.
