Visited the Blackburn store today to exchange a standard I Pad for a cellular model. The service I received was excellent & went above & beyond what I had expected. The assistant & his other colleagues were very helpful & explained the extra features & set up a contract sim for me. Before I left I was given the assistant's name & telephone number for me to contact if I had any problems with the I Pad. Very impressed & would definitely recommend.
