“accomadation needs more”

booking a 4 star hotel months in advance i would have thought that this accomadation would be available but on arrival we were given another hotel further away from where we wanted to be without a twin room and other facilities that we wanted also very poor standard of help when leaving the hotel no all inclusive after midday they remove your wrist bands so i dont recomend a late flight 4 star 3 star at best
