“Terrific technical support”

I find Unlimited Web Hosting's customer service exemplary. They always respond quickly to my calls for help through their online ticketing system.

I suddenly started having trouble with my outgoing mail today. I submitted a ticket requesting help in sorting it out. I received an email back within minutes and after actioning their advice in this one email, my problem was resolved.
