Made a claim following an accident. Took the car to their approved garage. Their garage carried out the repair and managed to actually cause further damage to my vehicle and the garage told me that Diamond's own estimator had refused to authorise part of the repair on the grounds that it was not related to the accident even though there was no damage to the vehicle before the accident.
I made a complaint and their handling of the complaint has been very disappointing. There is no sense whatsoever that you are a paying customer. I will never use them again.
