I bought three items on the jewllery counter at the Bromley store on Saturday.I didn't like the attitude of the lady that served me.Unfortunately I had to take one of the items back today, and was served by the same surly lady.What a jobsworth! I was spoken to like I was a two year old child.Having been in the public sector myself, I know how trying it can be, but hey, if the jpb is too much, move over, and let somebody who is enthusiastic and keen take over.
