“Stressless recliner chair”

I would never recommend one of your chairs to anyone , the seat and arm stretched within two days of purchase,and it has taken numerous phone calls to try and sort the problems out seven months of persistence and it's finally repaired I believe that the product should have been replaced but no such luck, I was looking forward to my new chair and have been very dissappointed. No not happy.
