“New ppi claim”

I have just started my claim with Gladstone Brooke's and so far I can't fault them. The chap I spoke to made everything clear, including explaining that I could make the claim myself at no cost. All of the paperwork arrived a couple of days later with 25 different claim forms, again all of the paperwork stated that I could make these claims myself. OK I could have done this myself and saved myself a 30% fee but if I was going to I would have by now so My 70% is better than I would have got. Yes their fees are probably high but they are all made clear and so it is entirely up to you whether you decide to pay them or not.
