Ordered table in December 13 but good product not delivered until July 14. We believe the delivered item had been packed damaged and assume we may have been sent store demonstration model as no others in the country. Packaging did not appear to be damaged.
We kept damaged table and used until replacement available.
Finally got replacement product in July as had to be imported.
Telephone support staff were very apologetic and gave us additional discounts each time it kept being delayed when we asked.
Not a good experience over all.
Have used Dwell before without any issue and do generally like their products, and the table itself is what we wanted, and hence why we persevered.
I would use Dwell again and assume we were just very unlucky.
