“Not quite perfect”

I was very pleased with the purchase in terms of the speed of delivery, the price, and colour and had recommended Wool Overs to a friend. The texture of the wool was also lovely to wear. Unfortunately on my first wearing I noticed a small dropped stitch along the front left shoulder, which is in a prominent place. It obviously slipped through quality control. I have since had it fixed. It is a shame about this, as every other aspect of the product and the purchase was perfect.
