“Failed to deliver on all counts”

This company is TERRIBLE! For company I suspect you should read one man band (that is playing reeeeally badly). I ordered a replacement canopy for a gazebo a month ago and despite several emails between ourselves and the company we still have not received our goods. This person even had the affront to blame his carrier for non-delivery. I know carriers can be bad but they do get the goods to you eventually.

I tried phoning the company today and was on hold for 10 minutes before I gave up!! I suspect I could have held on for 10 hours and still not got an answer.

Whatever you do, even if you have to pay double the price this person advertises DO NOT order goods from him or you will be sorry!

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews for this company as I suspect they have been either posted by the company themselves or friends and relatives.

You have been warned!!!!
