“Avoid Them!!”

I made the mistake of ordering flowers for a funeral from this company. After going through the process of choosing the flowers and giving the delivery address and, of course, paying I received a reply asking for the delivery address which had already been given. Then I was told I had not allowed enough time to schedule the delivery even though it fell within their advertised time limit. As it was too hard to deal with these people I cancelled the order.
There was no confirmation of the cancellation and refund of cash so I had to submit a contact request and received an answer that I would get a refund. After two days of waiting and no refund I sent an email to the advisor who had told me the refund would be given asking for an update. The email bounced. Apparently it is impossible to reply to emails from these hoaxers. So I submitted another request and got another answer from someone with an Indian name telling me I would get the refund in 5-7 days. It never arrived so I submitted yet another request and this time they told me they had no record of my order. So it goes on.
These people submit positive reviews of their site, all the others are negative. AVOID THESE CHEATS AT ALL COSTS.
