“I am so upset”

I rang green flag today as I locked my keys in the car with my 2 year old son inside, I was told green flag aim to get to call outs within an hour but as it was a priority it would be sooner. After 20 minutes I was getting very concerned as the temperature in the car was reading 33 degrees, I was told it would be another 20 mins. I decided to ring the police who arrived in 5 minutes, I rang green flag again to ask how long they would be as the officer would smash the window, I was told 10 mins. The officer rang them 5 minutes later and was told 10 minutes again. They arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes after my first call and the mechanic that arrived had not been told I had a young child in the car. I am so angry and upset.
