“Took my money!”

Booked and paid for a car online.....they (Coventry branch) called back an hour later to say they had no cars so would issue a refund straight away. 13 days later they still have my money and won't respond to any number of emails, online complaint forms and messages to their Facebook pages. My only option now is to sue them in the courts to get my money back. DO NOT USE BUDGET UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY
