left after 3 years. machines in bad shape, changing rooms a mess, and didnt feel welcome

cancelled by letter followed up by phone calls to a telephone advertised on their website. finally spoke to some to be told its wrong anyway but said id cancelled and written to them. That was in March. they took payment April which i expected but then i cancelled DD for June. Nasty phone call telling me they had no record of letter and i should have proof by way of recorded delivery. constant chasing for more money and now told me a dept collector will be in contact.
