“Fast, efficient service”

I was a little concerned using.a buy-back service as I usually go to the nearest travel agents. On this occasion we had many more euros than usual so I went online to check rates. SUYC had far and away the best rates and the difference between that and the lowest was £80. They sent me a registered envelope, let me know by email that it was on its way, and emailed me on another 5 occasions to keep me advised of what stage the process had reached. Most impressive was the turn around time; I posted the envelope back on Wednesday 9th Jul and the cheque arrived on Friday of the same week. They also refunded the cost of the registered next day delivery of my euros. So, all in all, this was an excellent transaction and I would have no hesitation in using SUYC on a future occasion.
