All i wanted to know was where i would collect my ticket if it didn't sell. I was fobbed off all day, including being put on hold for 25+ minutes, being transferred to a wrong extension, being lied to about who else i might be able to speak to in the office, not even being given the names of managers as it was against policy. I now have an event starting in the morning that i have no idea how to collect the unsold ticket for. By the way my listing was also deleted without my permission so i have no chance of selling it. To summarise, disgraceful.
